Foraging Walk & Apéro: Connecting back to nature

What if the city could feed you? Not the supermarket. The city itself: the herbs pushing through pavement cracks, the flowers along the canal, the roots you've stepped over a hundred times without a second thought.Together with Detours, we'll spend 90 minutes exploring Zurich\'s urban neighborhoods through the eyes of a forager. You'll learn to recognize and collect wild herbs, plants, flowers, and roots, discover their healing powers, their culinary uses, and the seasonal wisdom they carry. And at the end of the tour we'll gather at Kulturpark for a short input "Connecting Back to Nature", followed by an apéro and easy conversation with the community.
